Daniel Balaji joins Vada Chennai

Daniel Balaji, who made heads turn with his role in Vetrimaaran’s debut feature Pollathavan by locking horns with Dhanush in the film, has been signed to play one of the powerful villains in Vada Chennai, which is expected to go on floors from June 22nd. Daniel Balaji is currently shooting in Hyderabad for Vijay 60 and is expected to start shooting Vada Chennai from June 26th.

Directed by Vetrimaaran and jointly produced by Lyca Productions in association with Wunderbar Films, Vada Chennai also stars Samantha and Andrea Jeremiah in important roles. Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in to compose tunes for the project.
