Baahubali – Fastest South Indian film to gross Rs. 200 crores
Baahubali is smashing all records at the world box office and setting a benchmark for Indian cinema. After becoming the fastest Indian film to touch Rs. 100 crores at the box office, Baahubali has achieved another feat – it is now the fastest South Indian film to gross Rs. 200 crores in just five days of its release. The film has raked in a total gross of Rs. 215 crores worldwide.
Going by the current craze for the film, it is likely to beat Shankar’s I and Endhiran records before the end of this week. The team is also gearing up for the release of international version in many overseas territories including China in next two months.
