Baahubali 2 VFX underway in 33 studios across the world
National award-winning VFX engineer RC Kamalakannan has revealed that the VFX work of Baahubali 2 is progressing in over 33 studios across the world.
“Friends, it is 15 months since taking over the reins of Baahubali – The Conclusion Visual Effects. It’s Amazing that almost all major VFX studios in our country following one pipeline, working towards one common goal. Racing towards the release, with Post production happening at more than 33 studios across the world. Opportunity to share and learn simultaneously. Life can’t be more satisfying. Thank you,” posted RC Kamalakannan on his official Facebook page.
Directed by SS Rajamouli, the epic sequel Baahubali: The Conclusion, starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty, will release worldwide on April 28th. The Tamil Nadu rights for the film have been acquired by Sri Green Productions for a record sum.
