Amala Paul plays North Chennai girl ‘Padma’ in Vada Chennai
Amala Paul will essay the role of a North Chennai girl called Padma in Vetrimaaran’s gangster drama Vada Chennai. She has said that her character has a lot of physical transformation. She has shot for two days for the movie, which is expected to resume shooting soon after Dhanush completes VIP 2.
Amala Paul is currently juggling between Vishnu Vishal – Ramkumar’s untitled project, director Susi Ganeshan’s Thiruttu Payale 2 and the untitled Tamil remake of Malayalam hit Bhaskar The Rascal, where she will be seen reprising the role of Nayanthara and sharing screen space with Arvind Swami and Baby Nainika of Theri fame.
