15 days of shoot left for Mysskin’s Pisaasu
Director Mysskin has confirmed that only 15 days of shoot left for his upcoming paranormal thriller Pisaasu which is bankrolled by filmmaker Bala for B Studios. “Usually, a ghost story is a scary movie. I did not want to confine myself to just the scary part. The usual plot in a ghost story is that a girl is killed and she comes back to take revenge. I decided this was not the line I was going to take. I researched and dug deep and the result is what has evolved into Pisasu. This story is pure fiction,” says Mysskin in an interview to a daily.
He also confirmed that the film is two hours long and is planning to release it by November. Generally in ghost films, ghosts are portrayed as evil whereas Mysskin’s Pisaasu is reported to be contradicting that view as per the storyline. Newcomers Naga and Prayaga play lead roles in the film. It has music by Arul who is christened by Mysskin as Aarol Corelli.
